Product Description

PLEASE NOTE:

1. The mouse must be charged using the computer interface for about 2 hours before the first use. Do not charge the mouse using a mobile phone charger or a fast charger.

2. If the mouse cursor moves slowly or stops moving, it indicates that the mouse is out of power. Please charge it promptly.

3. The green light near the scroll wheel will turn on while charging and will go off once the mouse is fully charged.

4. If the mouse is not in use for over 10 minutes, it will enter sleep mode. You can wake it up by clicking the left or right buttons.

5. When connected to an iPhone/iPad, the cursor will behave like a finger, so the movement may be opposite to what you are used to on a computer. You can adjust this by going to Settings, selecting General, then Trackpad & Mouse, and turning off "Natural Scrolling".

Q: Why can't the mouse connect to my iPhone/iPad? A: Please ensure your device is updated to iOS 13.1.2 or later. Our mouse is only compatible with iOS 13.1.2 or later versions.

Bluetooth Mouse with Dual Mode (BT 5.2 + 2.4GHz): Our mouse offers free switching between two devices with a simple switch. It can connect to one device via Bluetooth and another via a 2.4GHz USB receiver. Please note that Bluetooth mode and 2.4G mode cannot be used simultaneously.
